Can't believe it's already been a year since I met K&A!

During our first conversation, they told me they wanted their ceremony at city hall to be just between the two of them. An intimate ceremony before celebrating with their families later.

There's something so beautiful about that kind of presence. Just two people choosing each other in the most intentional way.

When you strip everything back, what's left is just the two of you and the weight of what you're promising. That's what I got to witness that day, and what I got to preserve.

I first picked up a camera to connect with my dad in my childhood. Naturally, it has become the way I experience and remember the world. I've always been a sentimental person, wanting to hold onto things, places I've been, moments I observed and the people I love.

As a photographer, I document everything in life, but I have a soft spot for weddings because it carries the most weight for me. These are the images that happen once in a lifetime and where people return to over and over again. That responsibility is an honor and means everything to me.
